I owe you guys a post about the *amazing* DKC Frolic I attended in Toronto. I promise it's forthcoming. The fact that my suitcases are still not unpacked makes me feel like the post is not that overdue.
In the meantime, some other neat things have been happening:
- Caitlin Ffrench of We Will Tell You All Our Secrets created an amazing and totally free pattern using our Worsted in Steel Grey. PS, if you're not familiar with her fibre, you should be. She uses plants, tree bark and even blackberries to create her beautiful colourways. So talented!
- I was interviewed on the blog Knitting with Olof. Written by an Icelandic transplant to the mid-West, Olof is both smart and talented! Check out the chevron cowl she made with our Fried Egg and Natural DK yarns. There's also a giveaway for a skein of our DK to one lucky reader. Be sure to enter via her site (bottom of the post) before May 12.
- Mini Muffin Knits has been sending us non-stop love. MMK focuses on high-quality custom knits for wee'uns. It was so great to meet Ms Mini Muffin Knits herself at the Frolic! Looks like she's already been busy knitting with our stuff....
We'll be back soon with a post about the Frolic!
